Delivery and returns

Delivery

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom mainland from the Duratex UK website. For international orders please contact our sales team. Products will be delivered to you either via courier (for smaller items and quantities) or on a pallet (for larger items and quantities). You will be notified at the checkout of the total cost.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Returns

We will accept returns within 7 days if you are not entirely satisfied with the product. Any refunds given will be less the delivery costs. It is your responsibility to ship the item back to Duratex UK at an address supplied upon request. We will only accept the returned product if it is still in a brand new condition and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Please contact us before you send us the item so a return authorisation number can be issued.
