While every effort is made to execute orders promptly, we do not undertake to deliver by specific dates. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 days of payment unless it contains items that are out of stock, in which case we will contact you to advise of future availability or alternatives. Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail or courier (for smaller items and quantities) or on a pallet (for larger items and quantities). You will be notified at the checkout of the total cost. Your order is insured whilst in transit, however we must be informed within 24hrs of receipt if the goods have been delivered damaged.

Larger items and quantities are delivered on a pallet by different haulage companies depending on your region. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address postcode. The following charges will apply:

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom mainland through our website. For Non-Mainland/International orders please contact our sales team.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Returns

We will accept returns within 7 days if you are not entirely satisfied with the product. Refunds given will be less our delivery costs. We can only accept the returned product if it is still in a brand new condition. Please contact us before you send us the item.
